This pet recovery cone, also known as an Elizabethan collar, is a post-surgery protective cone designed for dogs and cats recovering from wounds, surgeries, skin rashes or grooming injuries. It features a sturdy black plastic frame paired with lightweight transparent PVC panels in a classic layered conical shape. The adjustable screw fasteners let you customize the neck circumference to fit small, medium and large pets. The fully transparent design preserves pets’ normal vision without blocking their sight, while the wide flared rim stops pets from licking, biting, scratching or irritating their injured areas. It is widely used for post-operation recovery, skin disease treatment, beauty trimming and preventing self-harm behaviors.
Despite the existence of alternatives such as inflatable rings, traditional rigid collars remain the "gold standard" for high-risk post-operative wounds.
