Maintenance
  • Regular cleaning: Synthetic material (nylon/polyester) Clean once a week
    Hand wash: Warm water+mild soap/pet specific detergent, use a soft brush to scrub dirt and rinse thoroughly.
    Machine wash: Place in a laundry bag and select the cold water gentle mode to avoid bleach (which may cause material hardening).
  • Leather collar: Clean once every 2-3 months to avoid soaking.
    Gently wipe the surface with saddle soap/specialized leather cleaner, then rinse with water and let it dry naturally in the shade (avoid direct sunlight or drying). After cleaning, apply leather conditioner to moisturize and prevent cracking.
  • Special stains (such as rust)
    Soak and scrub with a 2% oxalic acid solution (50 ℃ warm water), or sprinkle vitamin C powder on the stain and rub it clean.
